This is a very basic recipe for Native American fry bread.
Combine all ingredients, mix until smooth.
Knead 4 to 5 times, then allow to rest 10 minutes.
Make 8 dough balls, flatten into an 8 to 10 inch cirlce 1/4 inch thick.
Fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Can be used for Indian Tacos or you can dust with Cinnamon and Suger or Powdered Sugar.
